The 911S for sale is a D-programme car manufactured in late 1971 and was registered in the UK in 1972 – Chassis number 9111300720.
Over the last 5 years the previous owner has invested a considerable amount of money in the engine, suspension and brakes. The body restoration has been carried out in workshop, the car has been completely stripped and restored using original factory parts included, replacement inner and outer sills. The interior has been re-trimmed including new salt and pepper carpets and rear panels and rear seats. The Original Racaro sport seats are in fabulous condition and have just had the frames stripped and stove enamelled. All rubber seals have been replaced and all bright work has been stripped and rechromed. Light units and lenses have been replaced with new original Porsche stock and 2 new batteries have been fitted. The original deep six Fuchs alloy wheels and centre caps have been stripped, anodised and painted then fitted with new tyres (including spare). The car has just undergone a full service and has 12 months MOT.
We have personally owned and restored this car. It is in stunning condition both cosmetically and mechanically. I would encourage any interested party to come to and personally inspect and drive this vehicle – There are no known defects with this car.
This car may be gorgeous to look but Porsches are built to be driven. This 911S provides a very refined driving experience and gives the driver a very “in touch with the road” experience. This car must be driven to be appreciated.
