How to Book your Porsche into Our Storage Facility

As an exclusive service, created to look after around 30 cars (currently), storage spaces will be limited.

Once a space for your Porsche is booked in (and welcome to the exclusive club!) we will arrange a mutually convenient time and date for your Porsche to come in to us.

We will walk you through the induction process making sure you are comfortable with the condition of your cars when it arrives and any work that we will be required to do whilst in our care.

Booking-in Process:

As part of our dedication to excellence, our booking process aims to make sure that all your needs are recorded and met and that the information that we hold on you and your Porsche(s) is correct and accessible only by parties with the authorisation to do so.

We will only ever ask for information relating you and your Porsche and we will never ask you to provide financial details online or over email.

Induction & Handover Process:

At the handover we’ll walk-through your Porsche* with you to get an understanding of its condition and any areas of interest or concern whilst in storage.

We will then photograph and video the car as a joint ‘proof of condition’ to safe guard all parties as a duty of care.

*This process will be carried out on Site or at Point of Collection, either with you or your cars guardian.

Online Document Sharing – Reassurance & Peace of Mind

Once your car is safely integrated into our Porsche Storage facility, we’ll issue the car with a unique Export 56 storage ID which will remain with the car until it is collected. The cars’ keys will be tagged and held securely in a separate building and a vehicle storage record will be created.

As part of our service we’ll create a private online folder specifically for your Porsche where we’ll store your induction and booking information documentation and all the images and video files that we take. We’ll share access to that folder and those files with you.

Whilst in Storage Process:

When it comes to integrating your car into our storage facility, we make sure all cars are clean and dry before they are stored.
If necessary we’ll arrange an inside and out maintenance wash (please also enquire for detailing options) including a wheel clean and tyre dressing.

We’ll provide internal protection eg. Paper floor mats, plastic seat and steering wheel protection covers.

We’ll also check tyre pressures are over-inflated to reduce flat spotting.

Following a clear 24hr period in isolation with a drip tray underneath the car, your vehicle will moved into the main storage area.
All cars in long term storage will have a battery maintainer – we CTek MXS 5.0 or similar – and a soft breathable cover.

Collection Process:

When the time comes to collect your Porsche, we’ll go through the paperwork, run through the car with you again and handover your keys. The unique ID will be de-issued – unless you plan to return your Porsche within two weeks – and you’re on your way…
